Who makes our Day Good r Bad?

We all have good days and bad days at work and home; so who makes it?
Spouse
Kids
Boss
Neighbors
Co-passenger/ ticket issuer /Cyclist/bikers/car driver/bus drivers
The answer is - Your attitude makes it a good or bad day.
Let’s see how?
On a Monday morning Jack gets up late, realizes that he has an important client meeting. He rushes and gets ready, his wife requests him to drop her in the office and he refuses. His one year old kid comes to play with him and spills the food on his shirt, he gets upset and screams at his wife for not taking care properly, he shouts at everyone around including his 5 year old daughter for eating slowly. His daughter cries and the mother consoles her, by then the school van crosses by.
He is now forced to drop his daughter in the school and gets late for his meeting. He has a bad day at work.
But how would it be if Jack had just calmed down knowing that the 1 year old had no intentions of spilling the food and changed his shirt without any noise and left the house on time. No missing the van, no dropping at school, no getting late for the meeting, No bad day.
Honestly how many of us react in the manner?
Strategies to limit your bad days:

Focus on what went right. Spend conscious time (every day) on 'counting your blessings' and you'll be amazed at how many things no longer 'go wrong'.

Look after your health. Inadequate sleep, dehydration, and insufficient

nutrition are sure ways of feeling depressed and unhappy.

Learn how to be in alignment with yourself! Pinpoint what makes you happy, energized, and glad to be alive - and spend time nurturing and developing these activities and goals in your life.

Develop a passionate and purposeful life. This will definitely change the way you feel about a lot of things that perhaps currently cause you to have had a bad day!

These strategies will really keep your 'I had a bad day' statements to a minimum and will save your energy to spend it worthwhile!!!
