Things we can learn from this amazing movie( DIL CHAHTA HAI)..

Freaking out and enjoying life doesn' t need drugs or cigarettes.
There are relationships apart from Bf/Gf, marriage, siblings, friendship that can be very emotional and true which is beyond the understanding of many people.
And yeah even though U may be the best of friends there is always a limit which should never be crossed. Then it starts hurting...........

Improving Ur imperfections after you realize it, always take some time.

You always don ' t need to show or prove your Gf/Bf how much U love or care about her/him, which can sound very boring and finally U R dumped.

Believe in Love , true love will never let you down

Never be ashamed to go back to your old friends, friends are there to understand your mistakes.

Whenever you need your friend, remember that he is just a phone call away...distances can't separate friends
In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends

It ' s the friends you can call up at 4 A. M. that matter.
The only unchangeable certainty is that nothing is certain or unchangeable.

The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with never say a word, and then walk away with a feeling like it was the best conversation you ' ve ever had.

And last but not the least- do what your heart loves..
Karo wahi jo, DIL CHAHTA HAI !!! : )

Five Years of love.. Rejected by a girl friend.. Read the short story....

Hi! My name is Rahul.., Before I introduce my self to swathi, Herself, gave a handshake to me. She is attractive with evergreen smile  on her lips. Which made me to get attracted to her at first sight.  She was one of the members of our new project team...

My life was moving happily with her company .. After few days, Swathi asked me, Rahul ! why do n't you ,try to work in USA. I said, I do not know anybody there. Even, I am not married enjoy my life with wife..Swathi replied, Why can't you marry me and take me with you... I was shocked to hear those words from her..
How ever, I too liked her much..  I came across many failure love stories of my friends.. I did not believe in love and told her to be friends.  After few days of silence in our life made me to accept her love..She took responsibility to get approval for their marriage from her parents..

Our company  got closed due to lack of projects.. I started own business with my friends.. Unfortunately, We had to close our business due to losses.. In those sad moments, Swathi, inspired me with her words.
I decided to get a job . So, I went to Singapore. Fortunately, I got a good job there..

I took responsibility to take care of swathi's family..  Her parents got good impression on me. It was unbearable for me to spend life in Singapore without swathi. So, I planned vacation to India with my boss permission.. He ordered  me to join the job on time.

I was on cloud nine by spending time with her again..Vacation days were over. I could not resist myself to leave swathi and join in office..I went back to job after extra vacation days.. My boss welcomed me with resignation letter..  I had to return India and became jobless.. She inspired me again..  Swathi and I back into job search..

We got little distance in between our lives.. I observed some change in her behavior. She reduced calling me on my mobile..
Some times she expressed doubts about our marriage. At the same time, herself, make commitment to get approval from her parents..

One day proved that, She was not truthful to her love. She told me on phone, that her marriage got settled with somebody.. Her father forced  her to  accept the marriage for family pride.

The next day, I went to her home. Her father said in pleasing manner, They already fixed the date and time for marriage.

I can't loose my swathi.. I was looking for alternatives.. I directly talked to groom and told him the history. I was hoping him to accept our love and discard the marriage proposal.
Later, I came to know that, I did mistake by expressing my feelings to groom.

Groom was irritated with the mess of life. He questioned swathi's father. Why are you arranging marriage with me and your daughter. As she is already in love with somebody..

Swathi questioned me(Rahul). Who  are you?  Did i love you? You are irritating me and my family with your love..

I was a dead man after hearing those words from swathi.. My eyes filled with tears. My heart was broken. We loved each other for five years.. She rejected me in front of everybody..  I did hate my self .

On her marriage day, I tried to commit suicide by having sleeping tablets..I was failed to do that..
My parents felt sad with my act. Why are you committing sucide.  As she rejected five years love,She has to do it herself .  I heard these words from parents..

I decided not to repeat this again.. I hope, my story will be an experience to you.. Beware of these type persons..

Sharing is caring..... A short story...

A man and his dog were walking along a road.
The man was enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to him that he was dead.

He remembered dying and that the dog walking beside himhad been dead for years.
He wondered where the road was leading them.

After a while, they came to a high, white stone wall along one side of the road.

It looked like fine marble...

At the top of a long hill, it was broken by a tall arch that glowed in the sunlight.

When he was standing before it, he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl and the street that led to the gate looked like pure gold.

He and the dog walked toward the gate and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side.

When he was close  enough, he called out, 'Excuse me, where are we?'

'This is Heaven,  sir,' the man answered.

'Wow! Would you happen to have some water?'  the man asked.

'Of course, sir. Come right in, and I'll have some icewater brought right up.'

The man gestured, and the gate began to  open. 'Can my friend,' gesturing toward his dog, 'come in, too?' the traveller asked.

'I'm sorry, sir, but we don't accept  pets.'

The man thought a moment and then turned back toward the road and continued the way he had been going with his dog.

After another long walk and at the top of another long hill,he came to a dirt road leading through a farm gate that looked as if it had never been closed.

There was no fence.

As he approached the gate, he saw a man inside, leaning against a tree and reading a book....

'Excuse me!' he called  to the man. 'Do you have any water?'

'Yeah, sure, there's a pump over there, come on in.'

'How about my friend here?' the traveller gestured to the dog.

'There should be a bowl by the pump,'  said the man.

They went through the gate and sure enough, there was an old-fashioned hand pump with a bowl beside it..

The traveller filled the water bowl and took a long drink himself, then he gave some to the dog.

When they were full, he and the dog walked back toward the man who was standing by the tree.

'What do you call this place?' the traveller asked..

'This is Heaven,' he answered.

'Well, that's confusing,' the traveller said 'The man down the road said that was Heaven, too.'

'Oh, you mean the place with the gold street and pearly gates?  Nope. That's hell.'

'Doesn't it make you mad for them to use your name like that?'

'No, we're just happy that they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.'

Soooo. Now you see, sometimes, we wonder why friends keep sharing stuff to us without writing a word.
Maybe this will explain it.

When you are very busy but still want to keep in touch, guess what you do?  You share your information.

When you have nothing to say but still want to keep contact, you share jokes.

When you have something to say but don't know what and don't know how....you share stuff.

A  'share' lets you know that you are still remembered, you are still important, you are still loved, you are still cared for.

So, next time you get a 'share', don't think that you've been sent just another forwarded joke but that you've been thought of today and your friend on the other end of your computer wanted to send you a smile.

Children silly answers to questions.....

A little girl was talking to her teacher about whales.

The teacher said it was physically impossible for a whale to swallow a human because even though it was a very large mammal its throat was very small. The little girl stated that Jonah was swallowed by a whale. Irritated, the teacher reiterated that a whale could not swallow a human; it was physically impossible. The little girl said, "When I get to heaven I will ask Jonah". The teacher asked, "What if Jonah went to hell?" The little girl replied, "Then you ask him".

A Kindergarten teacher was observing her classroom of children while they were drawing. She would occasionally walk around to see each child's work.
As she got to one little girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was. The girl replied, "I'm drawing God." The teacher paused and said, "But no one knows what God looks like." Without missing a beat, or looking up from her drawing, the girl replied, "They will in a minute." One day a little girl was sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink. She suddenly noticed that her mother had several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast on her brunette head. She looked at her mother and inquisitively asked, "Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?" Her mother replied, "Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white." The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then said, "Momma, how come ALL of grandma's hairs are white?"

The children had all been photographed, and the teacher was trying to persuade them each to buy a copy of the group picture.
"Just think how nice it will be to look at it when you are all grown up and say, 'There's Jennifer, she's a lawyer,' or 'That's Michael, He's a doctor.' A small voice at the back of the room rang out, "And there's the teacher, she's dead." The children were lined up in the cafeteria of a Catholic elementary school for lunch. At the head of the table was a large pile of apples. The nun made a note, and posted on the apple tray: "Take only ONE .. God is watching." Moving further along the lunch line, at the other end of the table was a large pile of chocolate chip cookies. A child had written a note, "Take all you want. God is watching the apples."

Sand storm in phoenix.. check out the amazing pics..

A big sand dust storm arrived to phoenix AR. USA on July 1st week. The storm resulted from thunderstorm-cooled air plummeting into the ground like mist pouring from an open freezer, only exponentially more powerful. Combine those winds with extremely dry conditions, and the result was a wall of dust 100 miles wide and 5,000 feet high.

Dust storms are common in the U.S. southwest, but not storms this big. No formal records are kept, but meteorologists said it was the largest such storm in at least 30 years. It was on par with storms seen in China’s Gobi desert and Australia. Some commentators invoked the apocalyptic storms of the 1930’s Dust Bowl.

A sister turned in to poisonous minded girl.. One Brother's Real life story....

You may have come across various kinds of people. Good/Bad or various characters/Behaviors. In my life, I came across one family. In the family, parents are respectable. They are kind  and good human  beings. I had bitter experience with the family.. You wanna know about it.. Just read the story below..
.

Do you speak English?

 No Sir,

Have you done any computer courses ?
No Sir,

Then why are you wasting my time?  and he murmurs. Why these people come to city with out learning anything to live. Just eating my brain..

Those words directly hit my heart . I picked up my file and headed towards my home.. In the return, My mind  was boggling with manger comments.. I hatred my self and felt sad..

I was a  private school teacher in a small town in India. I was living happily with what I had. I was inspired by seeing friends life and their software jobs. My intention was to earn money, just like my friends ,which made me to enter into the city.  I have roamed around the city for a job. I did not get it. Additionally , I received disheartened comments from the interviewers.

My roommate suggested to share my feelings with house owner. Uncle recommended a  small job in his office. The job profile is more to attender and less to supervisor. Though, This job is not my destiny, I accepted the offer to fulfill my daily needs. I struggled for money until  i received my first salary. One day, Uncle's daughter came to me  and said " Brother, I have got 2000 rs money for you" . My father told to hand over the money to you. I was so delighted to see the first month salary in my pocket..

My aim was to be a software engineer and not to work as small profile employee. I shared my feelings with uncle. He helped to me to keep my job in shifts. He helped 10000 rs to join in  Computer course. I had to do another course  and again uncle helped me with money. I started doing small helps to their family. I became one of the member of their family. I used to drop revathi(uncle's daughter)  at college.  Our brother and sister relationship became strong.. After one year, I started appearing for software engineer positions. Finally at one fine day, I have received job offer from big MNC with unexpected salary. I was overjoyed with offer. Uncle and aunt   throwed big party to all  of us.. Uncle said "My son got a job in big MNC" . I wept with happiness and their affection.  Gradually, I could no longer hold the same affection and relation with them..

Gradually, Revathi  stopped calling me as her brother .. She started touching me and coming to my room in late nights. She was totally changed. I could not tolerate her behavior..
One day I asked her " Why are you behaving awkwardly? " " I am your brother" .. "Do mind it "
She said "I like your company and I love you"
I was totally shocked and never expected this from her..
I said " I am your brother" " Never ever say like this"  I warned her , not to repeat this again.

She did not change and she started behaving the same.

On one Sunday,  I was alone in the room. She came to my room in rush.
She asked me "Will you marry me or not?"  I  slapped her.
She became devil minded with that incident..

After 2 days , she came back to me and  said " I should not behaved in that manner ".  " I am sorry brother".

I felt happy with her realization and I did not notice her devil plan in her mind. She offered Tea and  we went inside the house. She suddenly locked the door and started tearing her dress. She pulled my T shirt..
Finally, I was able to recover from the shocking incident. I pushed her aside and opened the door .

I was stunned by her parents.  They were not in a position to listen my words. Aunt came over and attacked me with foot wear.

Uncle questioned me " Is this the gift to us, for treating you as our son?" I was a dead man at that moment.

If i opened my mouth, My sister life will be spoiled. I just want to bare the pain to my self.
With in two days, I vacated the house.

My job and life were gifted by uncle. How do I repay that to uncle? I never forget their love and affection.

Revathi knows the fact.. Hope she change in future....

Vedic maths for kids... 2

Using VERTICALLY AND CROSSWISE you do
not need the multiplication tables beyond 5 X 5.
Suppose you need 8 x 7
8 is 2 below 10 and 7 is 3 below 10.
Think of it like this:
g
The answer is 56.
The diagram below shows how you get it.
h
You subtract crosswise 8-3 or 7 - 2 to get 5,
the first figure of the answer.
And you multiply vertically: 2 x 3 to get 6,
the last figure of the answer.
That's all you do:
See how far the numbers are below 10, subtract
one number's deficiency from the other number,
and multiply the deficiencies together.
7 x 6 = 42
i
Here there is a carry: the 1 in the
12 goes over to make 3 into 4.
Multply These:
1)  8 x 8 =
2)  9 x 7 =
3)  8 x 9 =
4)  7 x 7 =
5)  9 x 9 =
6)  6 x 6 =
????

Here's how to use VERTICALLY AND CROSSWISE
for multiplying numbers close to 100.

Suppose you want to multiply 88 by 98.
Not easy, you might think. But with
VERTICALLY AND CROSSWISE
you can give the answer immediately,
using the same method as above

Both 88 and 98 are close to 100.
88 is 12 below 100 and 98 is 2 below 100.

You can imagine the sum set out like this:
j
As before the 86 comes from subtracting crosswise:
88 - 2 = 86 (or 98 - 12 = 86: you can subtract either way,
you will always get the same answer).
And the 24 in the answer is just 12 x 2: you
multiply vertically.
So 88 x 98 = 8624

Multiplying numbers just over 100.
103 x 104 = 10712
The answer is in two parts: 107 and 12,
107 is just 103 + 4 (or 104 + 3),
and 12 is just 3 x 4.

Similarly 107 x 106 = 11342
107 + 6 = 113 and 7 x 6 = 42

Again, just for mental arithmetic
Try a few:
1)  102 x 107 =
2)  106 x 103 =
3)  104 x 104 =
4)  109 x 108 =
5)  101 x123 =
6)  103 x102 =
??

Fake Wipro job rocket solved by police... Four people arrested..

Four people from lotus consultacy bangaloore have been arrested for fake jobs in Wipro.

The accused were identified as Rajiv Ranjan (30) from Bihar, Mohammed Azar (25) native of Andhra Pradesh, Sathya Priya (25) a resident of Tamil Nadu and M N Naryanana (29) hailing from Kerala, according to Bangalore Police Commissioner B G Jyothiprakash Mirji.
The investigation on the basis of a complaint referral made by the technology firm has revealed that the con artistes used a placement agency called Lotus Consultancy, headed by a woman from Coimbatore, Sathyapriya, to lure youths to fake job interviews at Wipro.
Prospective candidates were convinced into coughing up money for jobs in Wipro through an elaborate plan where they were sent to meet the mastermind of the racket, Rajiv Ranjan, a native of Patna, on Wipro's main campus at Bangalore. Ranjan (30) gained access to Wipro's main campus here with a valid vendor pass and the 'candidates' were reportedly let into the campus with guest passes available to vendors. Posing as the managing director of the company, Ranjan conducted interviews at a guest room on the campus before making fake job offers.
Explaining their modus operandi, he said Priya would lure job seekers and collect documents and original certificates from them with a promise to get them employed in Wipro in Bangalore.
The accused would then accompany them to the Wipro campus, where she would arrange for a meeting with her accomplices, posing as Wipro personnel. The accused would then arrange for an "interview" with a person posing as an employee of the HRD division of the company.
Mirji said the accused managed to gain entry into the Wipro campus by misusing the vendor entry cards issued by the company.
The accused would then hand over the victims appointment letters for the post of software trainee engineers with a annual income of Rs 2.94 lakh. The fake letter also asked them to report to Wipro in the month of September, he said.
The racket came to light when one of the victims suspected something amiss and alerted the police, following which each of the accused were nabbed one after the other over the last 15 days, Mirji said.
The gang, all first-time offenders, had been running this racket for about 40 days and had so far cheated 37 people, he said.
The police found goods worth Rs 58.43 lakh, ATM cards, pan cards, gold ornaments, vehicles and duplicate letter heads from the accused.
Three of the gang members were pursuing their management courses and were well qualified, police said.
The accused were tech-savvy and also managed to replicate the Wipro logo on their letter heads. So far the police had not traced any links to any Wipro employee in the racket, but are investigating this angle as well, Mirji said.
